Do I need an account to view listings or get in touch?
No. You can view all listings, the advertiser’s phone number and message them without registering. You can save listings you like with a heart.
How do I view listings from owners only?
Click “From private owners only” above the results or in the search on the homepage. You will see only listings posted by the owners themselves, with no estate agent fee.
What does “Featured” mean?
It is a listing for which the advertiser has paid for promotion so it appears first. Otherwise it is a listing like any other. The same rules and checks apply.
How do I find student housing close to my school?
From “Student Housing” choose a city and school. You will see the properties sorted by walking distance from the campus.
What is “Housing for Teachers”?
Properties rented for the school year, usually from September to June, for substitute and permanent teachers. Each listing states the exact dates.
How do I book accommodation in a short-term rental?
Directly with the host, by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or message. There is no booking fee or commission, neither for you nor for them.
For those posting a listing
Does it cost to post a listing?
A private listing for rent, sale, student housing or teacher housing is free and stays active for 120 days. You only pay for the optional “Featured” promotion and for publishing short-term rental properties.
Why is my listing not appearing?
The listing is activated when you click the link in the email we sent you. Check your spam folder too. If you still can’t find it, contact us.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
From “My listings”. You log in with your email, no password needed, and from there you can make changes, renew or mark as “Rented / Sold”.
Do I need an energy class in the listing?
Yes, for most properties being sold or rented the energy class from the Energy Performance Certificate must be stated in the listing. You enter it in the property details.
What do I need for a short-term rental listing?
The Property Registration Number (ΑΜΑ) from the Short-term Accommodation Property Register of the AAΔE. Without it the listing will not be published.
How do I pay for promotion?
By card (via Stripe), by SMS or by bank transfer, from the “Promotion” page of your listing. The promotion starts immediately.
For estate agencies
What does an agency package include?
Active listings depending on the package, an agency page with logo and all your listings, a place in the directory of estate agencies in your city and credits for Featured listings. Check the packages.
How do I get the “Verified Agency” badge?
Enter your agent registration number or ΓΕΜΗ number in the agency profile. After verification the badge will appear.
Does the package renew automatically?
No. We send you a reminder before it expires and you can renew it only if you want.
Account & Privacy
Who can see my phone number and email?
The phone number is displayed only when someone clicks “Show phone number”. Your email is never displayed: your messages come through the platform.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us via the contact form with your account email. We will delete your account and listings, except for what we need to keep for tax purposes.
Is the site available in English?
Yes, at realestate24.gr/en/. Listings are translated automatically, so a foreign student, teacher or visitor can understand your listing without you doing anything.
